Q: Are your items brand new? A: Yes, absolutely. All our items are brand new and in pristine condition. Please note that some of our designs are intentionally stylized with a "vintage" aesthetic, but they are unworn and newly manufactured.
Q: Are your stones genuine and is the metal 925 sterling silver? A: We offer a variety of high-quality materials.

Q: How do you determine the "Compared To" prices? A: These prices are based on the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) provided by our wholesalers or through comparative market analysis of similar products.
Q: How fast do you process and ship orders? A: We process all paid orders within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day (usually Monday or Tuesday).
Q: When will my order arrive? A: Delivery times depend on the item's location:

Specialty/Promotional Items: These may take 4-6 weeks depending on origin. Please check your tracking number for the most accurate estimated delivery date.
Q: Do you ship outside the United States? A: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience to our international friends.
Q: Can I ship to an alternate address (e.g., for a gift)? A: Yes! We are happy to ship to an address different from your billing address. Please ensure you enter the correct Shipping Address at checkout. Note: We do not facilitate shipments to a third country (i.e., billing and shipping must be within the same supported region).
Q: I placed multiple orders today. Will they be shipped together? A: We try our best to combine shipments to reduce waste. However, our system processes orders automatically. If you have already completed checkout for separate orders, they will likely be processed and shipped separately.
Q: What happens if I do not receive my order? (Shipping Insurance) A: While delivery issues are rare, we strongly recommend adding Shipping Insurance to your order for just $6.00. This covers you in the event of lost, damaged, or undelivered packages. Please Note: We cannot be held responsible for uninsured orders that are lost or damaged by the carrier.
Q: What if my jewelry doesn't fit correctly? A: The quickest and most affordable solution is usually to visit your local jeweler. Most jewelers can adjust sizing for a nominal fee, which saves you the time and shipping costs of a return.
Q: What is your Return Policy? A: We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied:
Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unaltered, and with original packaging.
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
